Services Terms

These Services Terms govern engagements for consulting, architecture reviews, audits, development and other services sold through https://nekwasar.com or agreed by email. They apply in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Scope of work

Each engagement has a defined scope agreed in writing (email or a statement of work) before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed before the engagement begins. A deposit may be required to book time. Unpaid invoices may pause work.

Delivery and timelines

Estimated timelines are best-effort. Delivery depends on access to required information, dependencies and prompt feedback.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private during and after the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Ownership

Deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment. Unless otherwise agreed, I retain the right to list completed work in my portfolio.

Cancellation

Engagements may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits are refundable only if work has not started.
